Meet Attorney Andrea Kahn
Andrea Kahn is a New York-licensed immigration attorney based in Lutz, Florida, north of Tampa. For the past 12+ years, Andrea has worked on a wide range of employment-based immigration matters, representing both individuals and employers. She has extensive experience in most types of business immigration and concentrates on cases based on Extraordinary Ability (O-1, EB-1A). Andrea has successfully represented clients across a wide range of industries, including entrepreneurs, engineers, biomedical researchers, coaches, chefs, artists, and fashion designers.
Andrea started her career as a BigLaw litigator in New York City. She uses her training as a litigator to make the strongest case to USCIS. She analyzes the facts, identifies the strongest evidence, and assembles petitions that present USCIS with a clear, well-supported case.
Andrea earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2006 and her B.A. in English and Latin American Studies from Tulane University in 2003. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, including the New York and Central Florida chapters.
Andrea is a lifelong soccer fan. She has attended three Women's World Cups and one Men's World Cup - with tickets to attend 2026 - and attended professional matches in seven different countries.
